Hello,
Since the latest Destiny 2 update, I've been experiencing constant network-related issues that make the game almost unplayable.
The game frequently displays network warning messages while I'm logging in. Sometimes I'm able to get into the game, but the problems continue during gameplay.
For example:
* Enemies suddenly disappear from my screen, while my friends in the same fireteam can still see and fight them normally. It feels like my game is no longer synchronized with the server.
* Sometimes I can log in successfully but cannot launch any activity from Orbit. After a while, I receive an error message saying that I couldn't connect to the Destiny 2 servers.
The error codes I've encountered include:
* Centipede
* Baboon
* Beaver
* Elderberry
Occasionally, the game simply says that it cannot connect to the Destiny 2 servers without showing a specific error code.
I've also seen a pop-up once saying that my NAT Type was Strict. However, when I checked the in-game Network Settings afterward, it reported my NAT Type as Moderate. I don't know whether this is related to the issue.
I have already tested my internet connection extensively. My connection is stable and high-speed, and I do not experience any issues in other online games or services. I've tested it using speed tests, continuous ping tests in Command Prompt, downloading large files, streaming, and playing other multiplayer games without any problems.
This issue only started after the latest Destiny 2 update.
Could you please help me identify what might be causing this? If there are any logs, troubleshooting steps, or additional information that would help, I'd be happy to provide them.
I've invested a lot of time and money into Destiny 2 because I truly love the game, and I'd really appreciate any assistance.
Thank you.
Edit: I don't use Wi-Fi, i use LAN connection directly to the router.

1 ReplyHello there, Thank you for your report. Please see our Network Troubleshooting Guide https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496531-Network-Troubleshooting-Guide If you’re able to provide your platform, region, ISP, and approximately when this started after the update, that may help narrow down what’s causing it.
