Hi there. Dreaming City weapons and armor from Forsaken can still be obtained from activities on that destination. They drop from chests, bounties, the Blind Well, the Corrupted strike, and Shattered Throne dungeon. Tangled Shore weapons and armor can be obtained from vendors like Xur or as random world drops. The Forsaken campaign was vaulted several years ago, so it's unfortunately no longer in the game.
