I cant seem to find the consumable anywhere on my character or profile and I dont have access to the dungeons it says to buy with silver when I should already have access to them.

1 ReplyDouble check inventory and inventory-> wrapped items in case you need to unwrap the keys. If its not there, then fill in the form linked at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Bungie will review it, and in most cases simply apply the passes/dungeon key to the active account. They review tickets Monday through Friday during business hours.
