So basically, I used to play this game a lot when it first came out. I played a LOT of the Leviathan raid back when it was available. The Calus's Selected shader, along with all the others at the time were single use consumables that had to be used sparingly. Even so, I had equipped my favorite armor set and weapons with this shader since it was (and still is) my favorite color combination that I've seen in this game. When they changed shaders over to being permanent unlocks a long time ago, it seems that everyone else besides me were given the shaders that they had already unlocked to use permanently. For some reason all this time later, and after having tried to create a support ticket a couple years ago, I still don't have access to my favorite shader. I still hold onto my old gear as proof that my account SHOULD have it unlocked. if there's any way i could have my account looked at and have this shader unlocked I would greatly appreciate it.
