Hello, I am having an issue where my Cross Save is active and showing correctly on Bungie.net, but the game client on Steam is launching into a brand-new tutorial character instead of loading my old Guardians. I have fully verified that the Steam account running on my desktop client is the exact same account linked to my Bungie profile. When looking at my profile on the web, Cross Save says "SYSTEM ACTIVE" and shows all three of my original characters and my clan perfectly. I played on Xbox previously, and this is my very first time launching Destiny 2 on PC/Steam. Despite the accounts being correctly synced on the website backend, the local game client completely bypassed my Cross Save data on launch and forced me into the New Light introduction. I played a short bit of the tutorial but quit out of the game before finishing it. I have not deactivated Cross Save or unlinked anything. Could a platform representative or Mentor please look into why my Steam session isn't pulling the active Xbox profile save state? Thank you!
