Xbox account deletion, steam relink for cross save
Hi so im deleting my xbox account/microsoft account and i wanna remove it from the cross save thing, but i did that years ago, is there a form i can submit to remove it? i wont be using xbox anymore and im switching to steam so i wanna remove it from the cross save because i dont wanna use the old characters.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Since the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url] from March 25th, 2025, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Xbox account in question will remain linked.
