Plateform : Any While fighting the last boss, in the lower room, when you scan which one of the four "image" of the boss you need to kill. If it's the top left one, a Servitor Champion spawn behind the locked door next to it making him invincible which mean instant wipe for the fireteam. It happens 4 times in a row to me and my friends, really frustrating
