If you didn't have these items in your Vault or inventory at the time that Collections came online, then you had to earn these items again. In your case, it appears you only had the shader specifically on this item alone, and because you would've obtained it prior to Collections, removing the shader means it is unfortunately now lost to you. We're sorry we don't have better news to share, but that's the situation.
