Hello, I am writing to report a persistent issue with my account where I am unable to delete any of my characters. I currently have three characters, and I am attempting to delete all of them to make new ones. When I hover over the characters and hold the delete button, the input sequence prompt appears, and I successfully complete the sequence. However, after the animation finishes, the characters remains in the selection screen. Nothing happens. I have already performed extensive troubleshooting to rule out user-side issues: Not a controller/input issue: I have tested a different PSN account on the same console, and I am able to delete characters on that other account without any problems. Not a network/cache issue: I have cleared my console's cache, power-cycled my hardware, and verified my connection. Settings: Button mapping is set to default, and there are no accessibility restrictions on my PSN account. Since the issue is isolated to this specific Bungie ID and persists regardless of the hardware or network environment, I believe there is a sync error or a 'character state corruption' on the server side preventing the deletion process from completing.
