Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. Cross Save does not merge or permanently transfer characters, Vaults, or account data between Steam and PlayStation. It only lets one platform account’s character set override the others while Cross Save is active. So after disabling Cross Save, the linked accounts go back to behaving as separate account states again, which is why the Vaults now look split. If those items are on the PlayStation character set, the normal ways to reach them are either: use that PlayStation account’s own characters while Cross Save is off, or reactivate Cross Save with the PlayStation account set as the active account if that is the character set you want shared across platforms. The big catch is that turning Cross Save off triggers a 90-day lockout before it can be activated again through the normal flow. You likely cannot restore one combined Vault, but you may still be able to access those PlayStation items by using the PlayStation character set again or by reactivating Cross Save around that account.
