Catalyst issue
Received a catalyst from completing a ln exotic order. Unfortunately it rewarded me with one I have already had and completed.
This is quite a serious bug for people if it is common.

Which catalyst? If its Edge of Intent or Wavesplitter, their triumphs are bugged and complete without people actually having them unlocked in case that's what you're basing it on.
