Accidental cross save (because of a friend)
I bought the silver pack on steam and a cosmetic with it before my friend told me about cross saving (i haven't played in a few years) what he didn't tell me (after i said will this affect the thing i bought) is that you cant re access the other account because of the silver purchase, and so now I'm stuck with a wasted money and a account i cant get back into. if anyone could do anything it would be greatly appreciated

The cooldown is mandatory, Bungie will not reduce or override it. While enabling cross-save, the final step has a list of confirmation boxes for things you have to agree to, one of them explicitly tells you that you cannot deactivate within 90 days of purchasing Silver.
