While I appreciate and play Iron Banter, I don't think running the event is a full time job. Lord Salmadin should not get a pass on being a full time guardian just because he runs the event. Even accounting for any prep and back end work, at most, the event requires only a couple of months a year. Honestly, the event could be run by Lord Shaq since he already runs the crucible. Lord Salmadin should be out fighting with the rest of the Guardians. With our normal enemies, and with the ongoing treachery by Heiress Moan and Preta, we can't afford to have an experienced fighter like Lord Salmadin be on vacation for most of the year. Zevdala should allow him to give an opening speech for the beginning of Iron Banter, but otherwise, he should be out in the field with the rest of the Guardians.
