Cannot Create a New Clan
Judging from my cursory Googling, I am going to assume it is just impossible to form a new clan in Destiny 2?
I navigated my way through a number of errors only to be hit with an unspecified error message saying I should try again later, or a message about how my account did not meet requirements for creating a clan. Me, who has an account from Destiny 1 and has linked my cross-saving to PC.
I've tried the website, I've tried the app, I've tried making one for my PC and PlayStation accounts, I've changed the tag so it doesn't have special characters, and I could not find any way to contact a human at Bungie support (especially given their current situation). I also have the friends necessary to form the Clan.
So...should I give up, or is there something I missed?

While it seems you attempted to share a screenshot, perhaps of the encountered error message, it hasn't come through. If possible, please consider uploading the screenshot to a site like Imgur, and linking us to it here. Seeing the error message may help us to assess what may be causing this. In addition to re-sharing the screenshot, please let us know if you have recently enabled Cross Save or made any adjustments to your account. We'll then review and see what we can hopefully suggest.
