Issue with POC and ability

I keep face same issue with the PoV and ability soft lock with my warlock. ・Weapon will dissapear. ・Ability will be locked（Example no arc soul from gateaway) ・No healing Any ETA for the fix? This is really critical issue. I have been playing a lot to finish my ultimate conquest seraph shield but keep facing this issue which is seriously frustrating.
