TLDR: 1 Void loader does[b] literally nothing[/b] to accelerate DPS (most likely a bug), you need at least 2 loaders, and/or a way to get the reload stat to 40 from abilities or exotics to actually start seeing an increase in DPS. Below are DPS numbers after 10 uncharged arrows in the firing range based on a combination of reloading armor perks and exotic perks. Test were performed with an auto clicker set to 30 milliseconds with the game running at 120 FPS. All numerical reload values were taken from the D2 Data Compendium and LightDB.
