Xenology completed but no Exotic Cipher received
I completed and turned in Xenology to Xur, but I did not receive an Exotic Cipher. I had 0 Exotic Ciphers before hand-in and still have 0 after. Platform: Steam. Bungie name: アカメ#4091. Time completed: Approximately 5.00AM ICT 7/5/2026. Please check whether this is a reward bug and get me back my exotic engram I didn't receive.
