Pale Heart engrams from increasing Ghost rank have suddenly stopped giving items after working fine previously. I have redeemed 5 engrams and they all gave no weapons or armor but still consumed the engram. I tried closing the game and relaunching to see if the engrams would either return or give the items but neither has happened so the engrams were just wasted. I tried redeeming another 2 engrams after restarting the game and the same issue is happening where the engram is consumed but nothing is received from it. Is there a fix for this?
