What you’re describing lines up with a known class of live issues where artifact/build state can start degrading and then spill over into bigger gameplay problems. There was already a tracked live bug where, during extended play sessions, weapons could disappear, players could lose the ability to interact with objects, and other visual/gameplay problems would start piling up. A related older report also specifically called out invisible weapons and healing issues as part of the same general failure state. There was also a separate known issue with artifact perks not loading correctly when switching between loadouts that share the same artifact perks, where perks could go blank or inherit the wrong state from another loadout. So even if you cannot reproduce it on demand, the combination of armor/artifact perks seemingly stopping, healing grenades acting wrong, aim feeling off, and weapon view models disappearing does sound credible and already overlaps with known live bug behavior. One important note: one major extended-play version of this issue was narrowed down to the Pack Tactics artifact perk and was fixed in 9.7.0.3. So if this is still happening now, it may be a related artifact/loadout issue rather than that exact already-fixed case. If you can add anything else later, the most useful details would be whether this starts after swapping loadouts, whether the weapon model disappearing happens at the same time the perks stop working, and roughly how long the session had been going before the issue started.
