I recently just gifted the destiny 2 collection bundle on steam to a friend, and they are having issues accessing the dungeons due to the game saying they do not own the dungeon keys, even though they do in fact have them. What do I need to do about this? We’ve tried several solutions including verifying the files, restarting game, going to quest and special deliveries kiosk, checking quest and character inventory, and they still do not see them. Any ideas of what to do? We even refunded the dlc and gifted it again and it still does not work.
