Hi, I am his parent and I have step up the KWS account for him to use voice chat. I have verified everything through the epic games PlayStation connected account. He is 11 but it is fine for him to chat during the game in fireteams since he is with me. It is making the game much harder to play. He has no issues in other games. Please help us make sure that this is fixed. The KWS site and Epic games has asked me to reach out to you in the Bungie forums.
