Hello Bungie Help,
I recently purchased "Destiny 2: The Collection" on Steam.
Here is my issue:
1. I opened the game on Steam first and played for a bit with a fresh Steam character. The season/reward passes were active and unlocked there.
2. Then, I realized my main high-level characters were on Epic Games, so I went to Bungie.net and activated Cross-Save, setting my Epic Games account as my primary character data.
3. Now, when I play on Steam with my transferred Epic characters, the reward passes show as locked/missing. They seem to be stuck on the hidden Steam character profile.
Can a moderator or support agent please help me transfer the season pass licenses from my hidden/inactive Steam profile to my active Cross-Save characters from Epic Games?
Thank you!

Hello there, Thanks for the detailed write-up. This does sound like a known Cross Save entitlement scenario. Reward/Season Passes from bundles can attach to the first Destiny 2 account that logs in after purchase, and if Cross Save is enabled afterward with a different character set selected as active, those passes can end up tied to the now-inactive characters instead of the ones you are currently playing. Please use these links: Missing Eververse Item or Add-On Items contact form https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Accessing and Restoring Licenses to Destiny Content https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content When you submit the request, include: that the purchase was made on Steam before Cross Save was enabled that the Steam character set got the passes first that Epic is now the active Cross Save character set screenshots of the locked passes and your Cross Save setup That should give Support the clearest picture of what happened. Thanks for reporting it.
