Other players can inherit the Fireteam Power, bar them. When starting any Master+ activity, other members of my fireteam inherit the "highest light level -5" as intended, bar this friend. While I am 550 Light Level, other members can see "545 light level" on their character screen, bar one player, who sees his current LL and skulls/immune on enemies.
