This is getting ridiculous. This bug is absolutely game breaking to where you can't do any activity. No ability buffs get applied, your super doesn't work, your exotic perks don't work, your aspects don't work, your guns go invisible. The link attached to this topic has three videos showing the bug taking place. I don't know how it gets activated, but it seems to be tied with how much healing you receive/deal. There was a forum posted about this a year ago on Reddit - but in typical Bungie fashion it wasn't taken seriously.
