It appears that the texture is normal on the static model but the flowing, physics enabled part of the model is massively enlarged.
My textures are on highest with 16x filtering if that helps in any fashion.

For our investigation, could you kindly clarify if this only occurs when you're using the shader in the screenshot? Or do you notice this issue regardless of the shader in use? Also, while the screenshot is helpful, we're actually having trouble visually identifying the issue you describe. To better help our investigation, please consider linking us to additional screenshots which highlight the abnormal-seeming textures. Encircling them on the screenshot could help with this. We'll then investigate this further.
