Hello there, Thanks for the report. Based on the current setup, this sounds more like bad RNG than a confirmed bug. The One Thousand Voices catalyst is not a guaranteed drop from repeated Pantheon Morgeth clears. If you already own One Thousand Voices and do not have the catalyst yet, you are eligible for the drop, but the current drop setup is still chance-based rather than guaranteed. So if the rest of your fireteam got it and you did not, that would still be consistent with how the drop is currently set up rather than automatically meaning something is broken. If you keep seeing the same result after many more eligible clears, it is still worth reporting back, but from what is currently set up this does not look like proof of a bug by itself.
