Yes Stasis crystals are being created, and Stasis shards are being created, however the shards that are created, not all of them are returning to me. e.g. I have 5 shards created, only 4 will return, the 5th will just sit there, waiting for me to get close enough that it comes to me. I also have [b]Whisper of Conduction Fragment[/b] equipped and not sure if this is confusing the game play.
