Bow reload speed is slower. (bug report)
Bow reload speed has been slower after June 9th.
Not 100% sure but this maybe caused by the new reload animation(?) which causes half and full draws to reload the bow over the top of the weapon instead of from the bottom after firing.
If you tap-fire the bow, it will still do the old reload animation, causing you to reload from the bottom of the weapon instead of over top.

Damn then I was not delusional after all. I was messing around with a bow few days ago and the draw felt awkward and I was being killed while drawing, faster than before, something just felt off and took of my bow. Never been good with bows anyways, but I sometimes wanna be annoying with void hunter using Le monargue and Gemini jester and supressing grenade, its so damn anoying lol. -
