Khepri's Horn not triggering with Towering Barricade Shieldburst
Using Towering Barricade with Khepri's Horn and Shieldburst equipped does not unleash the tracking Solar waves from Khepri's Solar Rampart perk.
It works on non-Shieldburst Towering/Rallying Barricade, and Shieldburst Rallying Barricade, but not Towering Shieldburst Barricade.
