Missing Little Light’s Emblem since cross-save
Hello hopefully a bungie employee sees this who can help. Ever since I set up cross save back in Shadowkeep era I have lost my Little Light’s Emblem from my collections. I have proof that I purchased the Ghost Vinyl that came with the code for it, as well as me using the emblem in game before I lost it, in the images I put in [url=https://x.com/theburgercass/status/2069318335612006648]this tweet to you guys[/url]. If you could give me back my emblem that would be great pleaaaase 🥺

Edited by EckyThump: 6/24/2026 7:34:34 AMHey there, it sounds like you may have had the emblem code redeemed to one Bungie Account, but when you cross-saved, you linked your older game account to a newer account's Bungie Account, separating it from the Bungie Account containing the emblem. So the emblem is still there but on an older, now-lost Bungie Account. Bungie cannot assist with orphaned Bungie Accounts - partly due to the unlinking policy change from March 2025. Nor will they transfer redemptions between accounts.
