Bad Juju's super regen
I believe that Bad Juju's super regen has been unintentionally hit by the primary super regen nerf. It's super regen from String of curses is negligible now, making it just another pulse rifle.
I even have the catalyst.

Have you tried comparing it with a high vs low super stat? I've noticed the gains are substantial so long as your super stat is high. If it's low it takes a painfully long time
