Permanent Competitive Ban Following Network-Related Disconnections

Good evening, While playing earlier tonight, I experienced repeated network errors during my competitive matches (BEE and WEASEL errors), which caused me to lose a significant amount of points — though that is not my main concern. The real issue is that I have been permanently banned from competitive play as a direct result of these disconnections. On top of that, the ban duration displayed is negative, which makes no sense, and I am now completely unable to play. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? Thank you.

  • Thats not permanent, its a temporary 30-60 suspension. The negative timer issue should've been fixed today though - when was that screenshot taken?
