"Apostate's Blade" armor set masterwork of 7 and 7 energy locked
Hello,
I'm having an issue with the "Apostate's Blade" armor set.
It dropped with a masterwork of 7 and 7 energy, but Tier 5 armor should have 11 energy. No upgrades are possible—see the video.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Is this a known problem?
