I didn’t realise that Bungie stopped you from unlinking accounts last year. In my defence I used to play regularly back in ‘19, stopped then played for 2 days back in ‘22 and am only now considering coming back again - hopefully for more than 2 days this time! My husband hasn’t played since ‘20 we think, it could be longer than that. I had my account on steam and then on the ps5 but I want to add it on his xbox. Obviously I’m getting error messages as his xbox is linked to his bungie account, he couldn’t even say when he used it on the xbox but it definitely wasn’t on the current generation that’s for sure. I’ve read that bungie stopped the unlinking because of account selling and other issues. This definitely isn’t that, hell last time I properly played cayde was dead! This is more of I really want my hunter back with my incredibly outdated stuff from raids that are no longer in game.
