In your current setup, PSN is your active account, overriding Xbox, so you'll see your PSN characters when logging in on Xbox as well. Further, this setup has been in place since March 2026. If you set up Cross Save incorrectly, the only fix is to disable Cross Save, wait out the mandatory cooldown for doing so plus any cooldowns for recent purchases, then set up Cross Save anew, this time making sure to select the originally intended active account. That said, while you wait out the cooldowns during the time Cross Save is disabled, your characters will still be available to you, but only on their original platforms. Also, please note these cooldowns cannot be expedited or removed under any circumstances, with no exceptions.
