Not Receiving My Collectors Edition Items

Hello, I recently purchased the collectors edition for Destiny 2 through steam. I linked my Xbox account to my steam account through Bungie so I can play on my Xbox character. However, Steam says I own all the DLC and have the dungeon keys, but when I launch the game I don't have any of the collectors items or dungeon keys. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DLCs but that didn't fix it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
