Not Receiving My Collectors Edition Items
Hello,
I recently purchased the collectors edition for Destiny 2 through steam. I linked my Xbox account to my steam account through Bungie so I can play on my Xbox character. However, Steam says I own all the DLC and have the dungeon keys, but when I launch the game I don't have any of the collectors items or dungeon keys. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DLCs but that didn't fix it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Fill in the form linked at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Bungie will review it and decide what to do, in most cases they just apply the passes to the active cross-save account.
