I'm in game on PC, online on this website via a browser on PC but the app on an iPad aint connecting.
I can browse the internet on my iPad, stream music, do an online speed test but this app aint connecting.

If the website works on PC and you are actively in game, but the Companion App on iPad still will not connect, that does sound more like an iOS app-side issue than a general account or internet problem. The Companion App uses the same Bungie account/platform data as Bungie.net, and we have seen recent iOS-only Companion App issues before where specific features failed on iOS while other platforms were fine. If possible, please include: the exact error message the app shows whether this is happening on Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, or both whether the app is fully updated on the iPad whether signing out and back in changes anything whether deleting and reinstalling the app changes anything your iPadOS version If the browser works normally but the iPad app itself will not connect, the exact error message and iPadOS version would be the most useful details to narrow this down.
