Anarchy Catalyst
Hello,
Just wanted to get some clarification for the source of the anarchy catalyst.
I've seen it drop from Insurrection prime. But there have also been reports of some players getting it from playlist activities/exotic orders? (Ingame note says ops instead of raid/dungeons)

*Update* - got it as a drop from Insurrection prime. Still unsure if it can be acquired from playlist activities.
