Although it was stated multiple times that Monument of Triumph would not be removing any content from the game, only adding to it, this is sadly not the case. It has come to my attention that with the removal of the Vanguard Ops playlist, which happened due to the whole Vanguard director node being consolidated into the Portal-esque system, several previously available Battlegrounds were inadvertently vaulted. These are the following: • ⁠(Chosen) Battleground: Hailstone • ⁠PsiOps Battleground: EDZ • ⁠PsiOps Battleground: Cosmodrome • ⁠PsiOps Battleground: Moon • ⁠Heist Battleground: Europa • ⁠Defiant Battleground: Cosmodrome • ⁠Defiant Battleground: Orbital Prison They used to be in the old playlist but were not added to the new scored version and are thus not playable anymore. And due to them being Battlegrounds, they also do not have an activity node on their respective planet. I don’t know if this is intentional or not, but it would be a bit cynical if it is since this is, by definition, removal of content. It would be amazing if access to these activities could be restored in a coming hotifx, either by adding them to the Vanguard Quickplay playlist or simply by giving them their own starting nodes. Edit: As an addendum to this, all other Onslaught maps besides Midtown and Widows Court are also unavailable now. This severely limits the replayability of this mode which sucks since the amazing weapons it drops all had their perks refreshed. Whoever might be looking into this, please consider a proposal to readd these other maps too. It would be a shame to lose them as the areas they are set in are all still in the game (i.e. Eventide Ruins on Europa). Thank you!
