Hello there, Thanks for the report. This does line up with a known issue that is currently being investigated. We are aware of cases where shattering large numbers of Stasis crystals can trigger Bird errors, and investigation specifically called out Hail the Storm as a likely contributor to the current spike in reports. The current notes also say this was reproduced with a single copy of the mod, not just the artifact stacking bug. So if you are running the crystal-boosting fragments and artifact perks and then shattering crystals or frozen targets quickly, that does sound consistent with what has already been reported.
