Vaulted raid shaders currently have no obtainable source despite their respective encounters returning in Pantheon 2.0. I'd love it if Bungie could add those shaders directly to the Pantheon reward pool, or simply allow players who have unlocked armor ornaments to pull the corresponding armor pieces from Collections so they can dismantle it for shaders. I'd get the exclusivity argument and "You had to be there" mentality but the issue is that the original source was removed from the game, it was never intended to be time limited. Bungie, please take this into consideration since we're only a few hotfixes away from ending game support...
