Cross Save Issues. Prefered characters not being used.
My cross save on Epic Games refuses to use my preferred steam characters and continues to use the native characters that were created prior to Cross Save. It registers as connected, even registers the dlc purchased through the Epic Games platform, and does not ask for authentication. I will Gladly provide any resource needed to further aid the issue. I am honestly tired of having to make a new post to get a single response from help. But I will do what needs to be done. If there is a way to gain live help, it would be appreciated.

5 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Checking your account in our system, we can confirm that you have Xbox, PSN, Steam, and Epic accounts linked to this Bungie profile. However, of those, only Steam and PSN have ever been part of your Cross Save setup. Further, in that setup, Steam is your Active Account, obscuring your PSN characters, and that setup has remained as is since it was established back in 2020. If you wish to add the remaining Xbox and Epic platform accounts into your Cross Save setup, you must be able to authenticate them. Additionally, you will need to wait out all mandatory cooldowns related to recent purchases, which cannot be expedited or removed for any reason, with no exceptions.
