When playing solo GM, it is nearly impossible to break an anti-barrier champion's shield with a primary anti-barrier intrinsic weapon (Ringing Nail, among others). I am no stranger to grandmaster difficulty and this feels significantly different from past experiences. I tried swapping to an anti-barrier heavy weapon (Hammer Head) and while it was able to break the shield, it was a close call. I have not tested this myself yet, but I have read that even Wishender is having trouble breaking champion barriers, which has always been an extremely reliable choice for GM content.
Even when playing in a full fireteam where everyone is running anti-barrier primaries, it is still quite challenging to break the shield. I do not know if this is intended, but it feels incredibly over-tuned, especially when the other champions can be stunned instantly with primary weapons with the respective intrinsic anti-champ perks.
