rime coat raiment does not spawn enhanced turrets when obstructed in any way while using shatter grenade
just as the title states, whenever you use black watcher near yourself or near enemies while having the rime coat raiment equipped. it doesnt spawn the enhanced bleak watcher turrets, specifically when using the new shatter grenade.
ive tested it on the other grenades and it seems to work
