I'm begging you to please restore the stronghold ability to block with special weapons. The heavy swords can still do exactly what you tried to stop with Flash Counter and bolt charge, but it is extremely boring, and made the coolest weapon in the entire game, completely useless for high-level PVE. I understand why infinite blocking was removed: bad players standing still and blocking forever in DPS in raids breaks the game (but bad, uncooperative players are going to find a bad way to ruin the gameplay anyway). The Praxic Blade build gave Titans a rare, extremely fun tank fantasy. Praxic Blade with Stronghold made me feel like a real frontline tank: protecting myself, holding a choke point, surviving pressure, and reviving teammates, while not being a pure piece of brick. Without that interaction, Praxic Blade just became yet another gimmick weapon useless in end-game and the build becomes far more boring. I am asking for the PvE fantasy to come back in a controlled way.
