While doing the Prophecy dungeon in the Hexahedron encounter with a build using Service of Luzaku, the mote of light would not be made after collecting 5 stacks and would reset the stack amount. After swapping weapons from and to the Service of Luzaku, it shifted the model off screen to the left and broke the gun visually. It did this both times I used that build and worked completely fine upon using a different build.
