Hello there, Thanks for the report. There was a tracked Pantheon Relay issue where Consecrated Mind could create Voltaic Overflow in a direction different from where it was facing, which made the eye mechanic much harder or nearly impossible to handle. Since this was specifically called out in Pantheon and matches what you are describing, it does not look like simple player error or normal encounter behavior. If you can, including your platform and a clip of it happening would still be helpful for investigation.
