Unlinking accounts?
Hello, I have my main account on PlayStation and for some reason years ago I linked my PlayStation account to an Xbox account which is an incorrect Xbox account that didn’t even have Destiny 2 data. I recently got an Xbox and would love to be able to play my veteran account on my new Xbox. The old Microsoft account I don’t use for personal reasons. Would it be possible in any way to unlink from the Microsoft account and link to my correct Xbox account? Info online has contradicting information. I’m totally fine with the 90-day cool down but I’m not sure if that applies only for cross save (which was never enabled). Any info would be greatly appreciated!

1 ReplyHi there, Thanks for reaching out. The Xbox account is linked permanently to your PlayStation account. Due to mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances.
