Just got an Iridescent Engram from the returning player rewards but I can't find a way to decode it. Tried the store but when I open it nothing comes up. The game directs me to the bright engram page but there's nothing there for the Iridescent Engram. The store makes the sound as if it's opening my engram inventory when I open it but no menu appears. I did try to go to Rahool but he had nothing as well. Maybe I'm just missing something but I can't think of any other way to decode it
