I had a Nameless Midnight drop with Headseeker, AND since I personally had not seen the perk on a Scout Rifle, I went to test it but was unable to get it to proc. It seems to be a dead perk on the archetype at least. This may be a known issue but I at least did not see other posts here about it. Repro steps: 1. Acquire and Equip a Nameless Midnight w/Headseeker available and active. 2. Start Any Activity PvE or PvP. 3. All combinations of rapidly landing body shots and then a head shot do not seem to have increased damage or indicate the perk proc'd. 1-5 body shots followed by a head shot do not proc the perk.
